Dave got a new nephew in November

His name is Jordan, and boy is he a cutie pie (as I am sure his gran, great gran, aunties and Mum would all vehemently agree)

Wedding Bells

So we decided to get married...

and boy oh boy there is sooooo much more to it than "just getting married" Luckily things have gone fairly smoothly, with both of us doing a lot of compromising and learning to let go of things once they appear to be going in a different direction than you planned.

We have acheived a lot already in our short time frame of five weeks with seven to go. Theme picked, dress bought and hanging ready to go, bridal party chosen and clothed, venue/s chosen (plan A and B), invites are out, and replies filtering in.

I am glad to be working part time so that I can do lots of the few fiddly bits beforehand - hopefully that will make the actual day run more smoothly for everyone, I plan to just enjoy the day knowing everything that could have been done to make it special is done and relax (however fully understanding and accepting that there will be hiccups regardless!)

April 06 is going to just fly around, so wish us luck in our endeavours!!
