More of our New Zealand Adventures - My birthday with the Tickners

I had a great Birthday in NZ.... The Tickners gave me a surprise with CUPCAKES!!! yummm... The boys and I loved eating these... (especially the boys!)

After tea and Brett was struggling to find Ethan to put him to Bed....

HE LOOKED EVERYWHERE!

After the boys went to bed, the REAL surprise came out!!!! IT WAS A BIRTHDAY PAV!!! YAYYYYY my absolute FAVOURITIST ever!

Later that night I smashed up one of my toes and spent the rest of the evening in a nurofen induced haze of pain in 'La-La' land.
The next day we hopped on a train and went to Wellington

It was great - we limped - sorry - "I" limped around Cuba Street and all the funky shops and then went to the Monet exhibition at the Te Papa Museum.... that place is HUGE!

Apart from the toe.... What a life eh?
